New Web Build

I built out a web player version. It's a bit buggy, but it'll save you a download. I'll look into fixing the issues with the web build soonish. Known issues: 

• There's an inconsistent stutter 
• Controllers don't work (so keyboard only right now)
• Player death sometimes doesn't trigger when hit by an enemy 
• The "Exit" button on the main menu crashes the game
• The "Options" button is unnecessary
